I’m Jeanette — the photographer behind J. Hurdle Photography, an Air Force veteran, a wife, and a mother of two. My journey through marriage, motherhood, and military life has shaped the way I see people, families, and the beautiful imperfections that make every moment worth remembering.


When your family steps in front of my camera, my goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience where you can simply be yourselves. I focus on genuine connection: the laughter, the cuddles, the quiet in-between moments, and the real personalities that make your family unique.


As both a veteran, wife, and mom, I bring patience, calmness, and understanding to every session. I know kids don’t come with a “perfect behavior” switch — and they don’t need one. Kids can be kids here. You never have to stress about perfection, because the best photos come from what’s real.


One of the greatest gifts the military has given me is the diversity of people I’ve been able to meet. I love photographing families from all backgrounds, cultures, and stories, and creating a welcoming space where everyone feels celebrated.
